The print module window consists of:
- main menu;
- main functions menu;
- toolbar;
- print options;
- page preview area;
- list of images you're going to print;
- status bar.

In the print options area located on the left side of the window you can find two drop-down menus. Use the first one to set the paper size. Depending on the paper size selected in the first drop-down menu, you can select the print layout. The page preview area, located in the centre of the window, shows how the real page will look like when printed out.  The number of pages depends on the paper size, print layout and the number of images you want to print. In the lower part of the print options area you can see the page number. Use theFormPrint_Button_Prev.jpg (11747 bytes) FormPrint_Button_Next.jpg (11781 bytes)buttons to view the previous or next page.

The page preview area shows the image of the real page which will be printed out. The red dotted frame indicates the printable area. To zoom in or out of the page, use the following buttons on the toolbar:
FormPrint_Button_ZoomIn.jpg (12179 bytes) - zoom in;
FormPrint_Button_ZoomOut.jpg (12164 bytes) - zoom out;
FormPrint_Button_FitToWindow.jpg (12051 bytes) - show best fit;

The right part of the window displays the thumbnails of all images selected in the main module. Under each thumbnail you can set the number of copies for each image. If you set the number to 0 or simply click on the thumbnail, the image won't be printed.

The status bar displays:
- the total number of images sent to the print module;
- the total number of all copies;
- the number of pages.

If the print layout is set to "Custom", the user arranges images manually on the page. To place the necessary image on the page, double click on its thumbnail on the right side of the window, or simply drag&drop the image to the page. You will see the small icon of the image on the page, drag one of image's corners to change its size. To move the image to the necessary place on the page, simply drag&drop it.

When the user arranges images manually, the following buttons on the toolbar become active:
FormPrint_Button_Delete.jpg (12224 bytes) - remove the image from the page;
FormPrint_Button_Copy.jpg (12201 bytes) - copy image;
FormPrint_Button_Paste.jpg (12310 bytes) - paste image;
FormPrint_Button_Rotate.jpg (12109 bytes) - rotate image (90 degrees);
FormPrint_Button_MakeCopies.jpg (12220 bytes) - make copies of the image (all other images will be removed from the page).
 

The main function menu consists of the following buttons:
FormPrint_Button_AddPicture.jpg (12601 bytes) - add new image to print;
FormPrint_Button_PrintSetup.jpg (12523 bytes) - print setup;
FormPrint_Button_Print.jpg (12555 bytes) - print;
FormPrint_Button_Help.jpg (12511 bytes) - help;
FormPrint_Button_Exit.jpg (12553 bytes) - exit print module.

The main menu includes:
- "File" - consists of the following commands:
    - "Add image" - allows to add a new image to the printing list;
    - "Print Setup" - opens the dialogue window with printer settings;
    - "Print" - opens a standard print window;
    - "Exit" - exits the print module;
- "Edit" - the following commands can be accessed when the print layout is set to "Custom":
    - "Delete" - removes image from the page;
    - "Copy" - copies image to clipboard;
    - "Paste" - pastes image from clipboard;
    - "Move to background" - moves image to background;
    - "Move to foreground" - moves image on top of other images;
    - "Rotate" - rotates image (90 degrees);
    - "Make copies" - makes copies of the image (other images will be removed from the page).
- "View" - consists of the following commands:
    - "Zoom In" - zooms in the page;
    - "Zoom Out" - zooms out the page;
    - "Fit on Screen" - shows the best fit;
    - "Hide/Show rulers" - hides/shows rulers;
    - "Unit of measure" - set the rulers measurement in millimetres or inches;
    - "Hide/Show grid" - hides/shows grid.
- "Help" - opens Help window.
